Yes, Blacks, American Indians, Aborigines...have been stepped on for generations. It's hard to get a leg up when it gets taken out under you. But times they are a changing, maybe not as quickly as we would like. Keep well Mr Walter.

Oh Walter W that happens every where not just in America and yes it is very wrong and very unethical, but the bank needs guarantees and unless some one is going to guarentee that the black man won't forfeit on a loan they simply won't give it to any of them. Very sad and very unjust. It happens all the time and the black man works just as hard as a white man (maybe some times even harder.) But what can one do, go guarantor on a loan for some one they don't know? Would you do that?

  Yes I do believe it is different in America that way. I am not sure if it is like that here though. Our neighbour lost the house they were in because they couldn't make loan repayments and they were white.

Why do most of the advertised lengths of surveys not reflect any accuracy. I have seen a 3 minute survey being 35 minutes when opened. Or some that say 160 minutes but end up being 15 minutes.

	REDLINING (by white bankers) is used as an excuse to deny black people access to loans, keeping them in neighborhoods with lower property values and little investment opportunities. Meanwhile, white neighborhoods, were seen as more desirable, worthy of development, and easier access to loans. Welcome to the real USA!
