That was a winner. Mine was on a country road,the car screamed pas so he could flatten a bird sitting quietly on the verge. He then screamed out and hit a rock which broke his windscreen. We quietly drove past and did not take notice of him windmilling his arms to attract our attention. I would have liked to have thrown the bird's mangled body at him.

My wife was driving our VW when a lad in a hotted up Holden pulled up beside her and flicked cigarette but at her. She gave him the two finger salute. He got such a shock her drove into a parked car.

A person thinking that I had said something to a manager about an indiscretion I had witnessed went strait to the manager to offer up an excuse for his actions for which the manager knew nothing about since I had said nothing.

"Bulls Eye!?? My story is a little bit different. Restructuring was an ever increasing happening at that time at my work. A group of ladies who had only performed tasks relating to Meter Readers ie making sure the pays and other related paperwork was completed each fortnight. As the Meter Readers were being phased out to Contractors these ladies were going to be trained to do other office ie relieving PAs etc when they went on leave. SO A WORKSHOP was organised for them with a few PAs on hand help out as well. A Consultant was brought in to run the session ... she obviously had not idead the stress these ladies were experiencing .... she pulls out a bunch of very colourful scarfes and looked like she was going to perform "the dance of the seven veils" ... she decided to colour code everyone to the bewilderment of her captive audience. Then one brave lady said that they all thought the were going to learn new (to them) office and clerical procedure .. t his did not go down very well with the Instructure! She fiddle faddled around a bit and asked a few questions and was not impressed that I knew the answers, so that was a big black mark against me, or so the expression on her face showed. I then said to the ladies that if they ever have a problem to just phone me and I can walk them through it .. another black mark ... anyway we were treated to some lunch and were released. A couple of years later as I happened to turn on the radio a very familiar voice was being interviewd as her house, on a very sunny and cloudless day, with no sign of rain or storm, out of the blue he house had been struck by lightning ... no damage and no-one was hurt. Could this have been Kar ma - if we read this word in Hungarian as it is written as a two worder it means Harm Today. We also have a saying that "God does not punnish with a stick" ie belt you black and blue.

That's funny, for a moment I thought you were going to say he crashed into a tree or landed up side down in a ditch. Yes a lesson learnt stay clear of cattle trucks at all times even when empty as you just never know when some thing is going to come out and if it can, it will. Yes I believe in Karma but none of mine have happened yet and I am still waiting. So who knows they may never happen but one can only hope inwardly.

I feel that Karma is simply one of those human constructs that seeks to teach us a 'life lesson.'

You call it Karma and say there is no such thing. This driver cut you off but before that he may have stopped to allow an old lady to cross the road, maybe de donated to a homeless person. He just happened to be in the wrong place as the cow was dropping a load. if the farmer had been delayed, say by a late bathroom visit, before his road trip. He could or could not have been there at that time. You must also believe 'someone' is watching and allowing or making this happen to that driver and for your benefit.. Have you never done anything that Karma could punish you for? I guess not. Another way I don't believe in Karma is how can you explain all of the evil men ( and women) in the world who are and have been responsible for killing hundreds, thousands or in the case of Hitler, millions? No Karma is definitely BS.

Nothing funny like your story. Bit I have been quite fortune. Just seem to be on the right place at the right time often. I believe whatever you do for good or bad comes back to you 3 fold. So I help when I can,try and see the good in the bad and try to keep a positive attitude. On a scary note though,anyone who has hurt my partner has died of cancer,all of them. He truly believes it's karma.

A family member that is not very nice,Once I made him a cup of coffee and he takes cream and sugar.. I honestly by mistake put a spoon of salt in with the cream. I never laughed so hard at the face they made. I am sorry but that made my day.

Last week at 8pm, driving home from Wellington airport, it was raining and windy, just came out of the Terrace tunnel, saw a car on the road shoulder with a man bending over the engine trying to get it going {middle couple with grandson}.His wife and a child were in the car, I pulled out infront of them, I could not start their car. so I tow them all the way to Plimerton. They were so happy, the man say, he will have his son look at it in the morning.They thank me so many times I left, I drove through the red light , I didi not see a cop car, he pulled me over. Just as he was about to write me a ticket his private phone rung. He went back to the patrol car. He came back and ask me where i just came from. I explained.what i did , I mention a certain address. and he say thank you for helping them. so please don't drive through a red light again. I would have faced a huge fine

What a dirty story

Many moments for me.

Do not believe it. So many people are horrible and just keep doing the most horrendous things with no come back. Yes, sometimes you see someone get a bit of comeuppance but that can be just how it goes. No cosmic force getting the bad or the good.

It happens. In my case, it wasn't funny and people were lucky not to be killed or otherwise hurt. My friends and I were on a rural road underage drinking in the wee hours of the evening. It was the mid 80s - pre-cellphone. We had pulled over and were well off the road. Some other jokers must have been doing the same somewhere else. They were joy riding and were screaming up the road at a pretty good clip. They saw our car parked (pickup truck) on the side of the road and hit the brakes in an effort to slow down and fishtailed - slid by us and went into a ditch. Car flipped over and out of the ditch, finally landing upside down in a field. When seeing this happened, our bottles were chucked into the same field. Went over to see if everyone was ok. Three loaded guys crawled out the car mumbling that they thought we were cops and tried to slow down. After a little while some farmers drove up and told us that the were woken up by the sounds of a crash and thought a plane had an accident. the followed the lights of the upside down car in the field. The had called 911 and we stuck around waiting for the cops, fire, ambulance to show. We waited for hours and nothing. We eventually left and left our contact details with the farmers. We got a call from one of them the next day. Apparently, police eventually got there several hours after we left. Cops were mad that they didn't get there earlier. The skid marks on the road, ditch and field were over a hundred feet long and they wanted to charge the guys in the car for DUI, reckless, and a couple of other things. They found our bottles in the field as well as some beer in their car. However, given the amount of time that lapsed, couldn't' test for alcohol levels in the guys. Guys admitted to speeding and losing control of the car when a deer crossed in front of them We never drank on rural roads again.

I don't know whether it's Karma which gives you the retribution for some good and bad acts of yours. I just live without thinking of Karma as I cannot really comprehend whether good and bad Karmic forces fall on to people as a result of their good and bad behaviours. However, there seems to be some truth in Karma which are being experienced by humans in their day today life.

Karma comes to all those that are deserving I always say....sometimes not straight away, but ppl who are assholes, do end up with what they deserve eventually.

I had a horrible store manager when I worked at Walmart. I ended up walking out and quitting but they scammed me back in to sign my exit papers. I talked to a lawyer he said nothing I could do. I found out about a year later an employee from another store had went to a lawyer and him and Walmart were fined. Also the employee they hired after me stole money. I may have not gotten anywhere with them but at least someone else did.

Similar gig..driving up from Sydney to Gosford in NSW...with my two young sons...some idiot in a lowered Commodore came roaring up at well over the speed limit...changing lanes without signalling..I said to the boys.."idiot...thats going to end in tears"...then around a bend 10 minutes or so later the car is on its roof on corner up against some rocks ...luckily nothing horrible to see ...just idiots in desperate need of being arrested Edited 11-Mar-24 00:18am

I can recall two instances too personal and too nasty to repeat regarding my ex and they are not funny so that's that, but yeah I do believe in karma.
