Rod R, they died with covid not of covid, so if I have a car crash and die did the car crash kill me or did covid kill me,cos when i get tested after death if it is found i may have c19, eg, sore throat or cough is all that needed to diagnose,then its registered as c19 death according to stats it was covid, bt, put a mask on and breathe into a mirror, if it fogs up, that mask is useless and you are breathing in your own carbon monoxide

  If you are breathing out carbon monoxide you have bigger issues & you aren't human. I think you mean carbon dioxide & no your own breath is not going to harm you. No if you were in a car accident & died from your injuries your death would not be recorded as from covid19, even if it was determined you were covid positive. No a cough or sore throat does not equal a diagnosis of covid. To answer the question. If I had symptoms I would get tested. If it was negative I would go to work. If positive I'd stay at home like any sane person should.

I remember my dad made me go to work in the pass. As Noone believes me being sick one day. I had the flu. I cough on customer noone said go to home not eve the management at the time. Tell i had to say i am sick half way work. They let me go and ask me go to doctor get a sick level paper. I guess cough, run noise and tissue was sick for them. Now days Noone will take a sick day for a head cold or asthma attack. As they may say get a covid test.

I doubt it because most everyone is paronid now. It might take a generation or more as the governments will not let go of the control. Although masks are not required in many places the fear is still in the minds of most. Just cough or sneeze in a shopping center and see the reaction.

Back in the 1970s when working in Australia did go to work while having a cold with box tissues & not many complained. Nowadays should stay in bed, and take plenty of fluids including dark rum, tea & honey & not pass it on to others.

  True but people seem to have forgotten that 1000's of the elderly and infirm die all around the world during flu season, with or without a vaccine. In 2020 the death rate remained as it was during 2019 and in 2021 once the "life saving vaccines" received Emergency Use Authorisation and the jabbing drive began, the death rates started to go up and it's gone up, and up and UP ever since. If its not our hospitals full of men, women and children who are suffering from the side effects of these experimental gene therapy shots then it's the crowded morgues and funeral homes which have never been busier with deaths up in ALL age groups. Something is VERY seriously wrong and the government is creating labels meant to stop those who are starting to "wake up" to this evil agenda from doing just that and allows them to remain placated and distracted fromwhat's in front of them!. You want an experimental shot or 5 or 6 of them go ahead and knock yourself out but for God's sake leave the children and the babies alone!

My apologies people I should have been more clear, it's our job to know because we clean an old people's home. I wear a mask everywhere now. It hasn't gone away & it hasn't been fixed. I work in healthcare and even with Covid going on as long as we didn't have a fever they expected us to come in and work. I can tell you the patients were not happy about that. Especially the ones who had immune compromised issues.

These days the idea of decreasing the working week down to 3 or 4 days as the economy is stagnating ...... You get sick with running nose and a pack of tissues is a sort of your own fault. However if we have shortage of jobs then whose fault is that? Decreasing jobs shortages by staying at home with a running nose is to make it easier for the ECONOMY and politics. Not because we are getting more humane.

It still does. Even though it may just be a cold amd they might not feel that bad other than having to blow their nose and a few other minor niggles like a sore throat or slight loss of voice, the point is: these germs spread and you are passing them on and OTHERS may get sick (and this more easily occurs in confined air conditioned work places with windows that cannot be opened) and you will be the cause of multiple people NOT being able to come to work and possibly for weeks because they are not as strong as you and are hit harder by viruses. The common cold is one of the few viruses that has been around forever and there still is no permanent cure for.

Stupid idea bosses had making people stay when ill whose work was compromised as well. We are all out and about again and the flu is off and running, Covid numbers are just as high and now the Monkeypox to top it all off. Not taking my mask off when in public.
